Al Jazeera Qatar, Saudi Arabia’s Al Arabiya, and Lebanon’s Al Mayadeen reported overnight that four missile strikes by unidentified aircraft targeted the runway at Abu al-Duhur military airbase in eastern Idlib, about 300 km from Israel and just 60 km from the Syrian-Turkish border. No further details were reported, and it remains unclear whether anything besides the runway was damaged. Syrian unofficial channels and Al Mayadeen attributed the strikes to Israel, but there has been no official confirmation from either Israel or Syria.
