Iran’s Air Force announced that the body of Brig. Gen. Pilot Majid Kazemi, one of the pilots aboard an Su-24MK bomber shot down by a Qatari F-15QA fighter jet on March 2 while attempting to strike Al Udeid Air Base, has been recovered and is expected to be returned to Iran within hours. Iranian authorities are still working to determine the whereabouts of three other Su-24MK pilots who were shot down.
