DoorDash is in advanced talks to acquire grocery delivery giant Instacart, in a deal that could be finalized as early as this week, The Wall Street Journal reports. The potential acquisition would bring two of America’s biggest delivery platforms together, significantly expanding DoorDash’s grocery delivery business. Financial terms have not been disclosed, and the deal has not yet been finalized.
