President Trump reiterated his pledge to give every adult U.S. citizen $5,000 if Republicans win both the House and Senate in the November midterms, saying the roughly $1 trillion “Trump Dividend” would be funded through tariff revenue and strong economic growth. “If Republicans win, you will each have $5,000 in your pocket,” Trump said, adding that he looks forward to “signing those checks.”
