President Isaac Herzog informed the family of missing girl Haymanut Kasau that the Shin Bet has joined the search for her and is now fully involved in the investigation. Herzog said Shin Bet Director David Zini told him the agency recently entered the case following a request from Israel Police and is working to assist in locating her. Haymanut was nine years old when she disappeared from an absorption center in Tzfas in February 2024 and has now been missing for more than 900 days.
