*PONEVEZH DRAMA:* HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Markovitz and the Mesores HaTorah association have appealed to Israel’s Supreme Court, seeking to halt an eviction order requiring his faction to vacate the Ponevezh Yeshiva grounds by Wednesday. The appeal follows a Tel Aviv District Court ruling upholding an arbitration decision ordering the faction to leave the property and barring it from using the Ponevezh name and logo.
