Part of a building undergoing renovation collapsed Wednesday morning on Nachlat Binyamin Street in Tel Aviv, near Rothschild Boulevard. Security camera footage shows a man sitting on a nearby bench getting up and running as the structure came down, while other passersby fled the area. Rescue and medical teams, along with Yarkon District police officers, rushed to the scene. Crews searched through the rubble to check for anyone trapped. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
