Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned Sunday that another American or Israeli military attack would not change Tehran's policies, insisting that previous strikes had failed to achieve their objectives. Araghchi also declared that the Strait of Hormuz would never return to its previous arrangements, saying the conflict has fundamentally changed regional security and shipping conditions.
