Israeli police arrested three suspects in the Negev Tuesday morning after discovering envelopes containing cash alongside voting slips for the Ra'am party. Investigators suspect the money was intended to be distributed to voters in exchange for supporting Ra'am. The three suspects were taken for questioning as police investigate possible election bribery.
