PM Netanyahu said at the opening of the Cabinet meeting that Israel rejects the 15-point document published by the Gaza “Peace Council” as part of a proposed roadmap for an agreement with Hamas that would include the terrorist organization’s disarmament. “The IDF will not carry out any withdrawal until Hamas is disarmed,” Netanyahu said. “And when I say disarmed, I mean heavy weapons, lighter weapons—all weapons. We are talking about real disarmament, not fictitious disarmament.”
