The Shin Bet and Israel Police foiled a planned ISIS-inspired terror attack targeting IDF soldiers near the Old City of Yerushalayim, arresting 18-year-old Israeli Arab Mustafa Jabrin from Umm al-Fahm. Investigators say he pledged allegiance to ISIS and spent the past year planning the attack. A search of the suspect's home uncovered digital materials and other evidence linking him to ISIS and the suspected attack plot. A prosecutor's statement was filed Tuesday ahead of an expected indictment.
