Saudi Arabia reportedly offered the Houthis $1 billion in Iran-mediated talks to end attacks on the Kingdom, with one source claiming the money was flown to Tehran aboard a military aircraft. Riyadh has not confirmed any payment and continues to publicly reject paying the Houthis.
