Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin defends ICE agents involved in Thursday’s shooting in Manhattan after CNN’s Jake Tapper questioned whether armed agents who were not clearly identified as law enforcement could cause someone to panic and flee. Mullin insisted the suspect knew exactly who the agents were and deliberately attempted to escape, saying he was responsible for his own decisions.
