A 61-year-old bus driver was killed Wednesday afternoon when a bus collided with a truck on Route 91, between Mahanayim Junction and Kibbutz Gadot. He was trapped in the wreckage and was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver, about 50, was seriously injured and airlifted to the hospital. 19 bus passengers, young men around 20, were lightly injured and taken to Ziv Medical Center in Tzfas. Route 91 was closed in both directions as police investigate the crash.
