Let’s recap based on what I saw *The Pros.* 1) It’s a jewish only community. 2) ⁠Nice spacious houses. 3) ⁠Lots of room for the family (Parks etc.) 4) ⁠Plenty of room to expand. 5) ⁠All necessary [Yiddishe] infrastructure will be ready in the beginning. 6) ⁠It’s a place built with Yidden in mind. 6) ⁠A crowd of decent ppl who’re moving down.
