*The cons.* 1) The houses are not cheap (cheaper then monsey, but West Palm prices or more). 2) ⁠Potentially very difficult to sell or rent should you have to move away. 3) ⁠Limited mobility for women without cars (many streets don’t even have sidewalks on both sides). 4) ⁠It’s pretty far from most things (Airport, outlets, hospitals), and it’s a rural area. 5) ⁠Limited local economic potential.
