The retired NYPD detective accused of shooting a Rockland County man dead on the George Washington Bridge now faces a murder charge again. Prosecutors say the two nearly collided changing lanes on the upper level, then he tailgated the 46-year-old's car and fired through a rear window. His charge was cut to manslaughter last week, but a grand jury has now indicted him for second-degree murder. He remains free on $1 million bail.
