A 28-year-old nurse was killed by a hit-and-run driver in Brooklyn just a block from NYU Langone-Brooklyn Hospital, where she worked. The driver ran a red light in a black Cadillac and never stopped. She's the 9th hit-and-run victim killed in NYC in the past two weeks.
