Orange County drivers now get a 20% discount on the Mario Cuomo Bridge, formerly the Tappan Zee. Residents with E-ZPass will pay $5.80 instead of $7.25, the same discount Westchester and Rockland drivers already get. Most will see the savings automatically, but drivers with unpaid tolls, or more than one address or license plate on their account, may need to fix that first.
