BIKE LANE EXPANSION: While most residents were asleep, NYC DOT crews returned in the early morning hours to install bike lanes on East 12th Street. More bike lanes are planned for East 13th, 14th, 17th, and 18th Streets between Avenues I and P. The project had previously been paused by the Adams administration but has now resumed. As the saying goes: "Elections have consequences."
