The MTA plans to bring its bus fare enforcement teams back to New York City buses following a temporary suspension over incidents involving physical confrontations with passengers. The agency removed its EAGLE teams from fare enforcement duties last week after surveillance footage raised concerns about their conduct. NYC Transit President Demetrius Crichlow confirmed that the teams will return once investigations and reviews of training procedures are completed. No return date has been announced.
